best headphone under 40 image

I am looking for a pair of headphones UNDER $40 that have good bass and sound quality. I listen to lots of dubstep and hip-hop.
I was looking at the sony XB series, the xb500s were to expensive, but the xb300s were in my range.
are those headpjones any good, or is there anotherpair worth buying?

by compatible i mean that it has a mic and volume control and skip song buttons like the iphone headphones thats under 40 dollars

If you are looking for headphones for the iPod or iTouch I can highly recommend Shure SE310's or Ultimate Ears Super.fi 5 Pro's. Both are excellent headphones for the money.
