What noise cancelling headphones have the best quality?

Im looking for a pair of headphones that won't fall out of your ears, other people won't be able to hear your music, won't get damaged or broken easily, have a decent sound quality and just plain look cool. I used to have a pair of body glove headphones but they kept getting broken no matter how careful i was, i had to return it back to the store 4 times until i finally had enough and just threw them away. Is there any good pair of headphones i can use for my mp3 player? I don't wanna pay for the $100 ones i just want a cheap great quality pair of noise cancelling headphones. Any suggestions?
