Over ear headphones with a flat sound signiture?

My friend is searching for headphones like my klipsch x5 mostly focusing on clear highs. Except she wants over the ear. Dont answer if you use beats, skull candy or any piece of crap. Her price range is up to $200 but can go about $50 over.

Here is a good source of headphone reviews. Sennheiser, Grados, Beyerdynamic, AKG all make headphones in your price range that offer a very good sound. We all hear differently so it becomes personal preference which sound good to our ears.

so this is my 2nd pair of apple iphone headphones and they break within one year and its really annoying. what kind of headphones can I get from best buy/radio shack/target or any other store that are compatible with the iphone and that dont cost too much? I guess the most i'll pay is $20.
