What are the best noise cancelling/isolating headphones for under $300?

I want a good pair o noise cancelling/isolating headphones and have $200-300 to spend. I want some durable ones(or ones that come with a good, long warranty). Preferably something with a detachable cable so when(i know i will) i break the cable i can just get a replacement cable and im good to go. Thanx for any suggestions
