Q. I am looking for over the ear headphones, I am definitely wanting them to be comfortable. But best sound quality is up there too. I listen to all types of music except country and rap. I have a deal where I can get some beats studios for $150 but I hear that they aren't the best headphones, like I'm just paying for the name. So any suggestions? Nothing over $150 though I wouldn't pay more than that for headphones.

Q. Mainly for the gym, need something that can take a beating, I was thinking about the monster dna Black Tuxedo for $150 from monsters ebay store ( I tried them at Frys store and they sounded pretty good ) any suggestions? P.S. Yes I am shopping for fashion accessory headphones please don't judge.

You asked the question, so I'll give you the answer. The Monster is FAR from the best under-$150 headphone. The Audio Technica ATH-M50, for example, is a MUCH better headphone. I can't say for sure which is the BEST headphone under $150, but it's probably the Audio Technica.
