Mobile headphones, cheap?

Q. I live in San Diego, area code 92113, and I was wondering where I could buy headphones for mobile nearby for cheap? Or a headphone adapter that converts regular headphones into ones with a smaller jack. Thanks! :)

What is the difference in driver size on headphones?

fhsorlando

Like 30mm 40mm and 50mm

Does the higher the number actually mean the better the headphones will be? Thanks.

Answer
No, driver size means nothing in terms of sound quality. I have in-ear-monitors with tiny drivers that sound better than massive headphones with huge drivers. In theory, all other things being equal, bigger drivers should be capable of producing more/lower bass. All other things are rarely equal though. Headphone companies sometimes stress the size of their drivers because there is a common belief that bigger is better. In reality, the only way to judge sound quality is to listen to the headphones.
