There are a wide selection of headphones that are available on the market currently, and for the most part, the quality of the sound and craftmanship will depend on the price range you are willing to spend. In the lower price range (less than $50), you will be able to find some fairly decent headphones that will be suitable for someone that is just aiming to listen to music on their iPod or computer, and are not full fledged audiophiles.
