what are some good quality headphones, for my phone?

Gigi390

I'm currently using jvc headphones but the sound quality of them is pretty poor, the volume doesn't go that high. My phone has a standard 3.5mm jack so i dont need any specific type. Any suggestions? Also, what would be the typical price range for them? Thanks

Answer
I would suggest Beats Studio by Dr. Dre - Hi-Def Noise-Canceling Over-Ear Headphones

I have used this product and it performs really well

What are some good quality headphones for my iphone?

Entreprene

I'm new to headphones and I've only had standard apple ear buds.

Answer
If you're new, chances are, you won't be able to differentiate between headsets; unless, of course they are simply terrible head phones. Beats are always a good option, though they are expensive. There are other fantastic brands, just do a google search! If I was at my computer, I would do the search for you; however, I'm at work :$

Just got some new higher quality headphones that came with a case that has lots of extra room and want to know what I should carry in it. There's room for like a couple iphone size objects. I've already got 3 extra AAA batteries and the extra cord and jack that came with it. What do you keep in your headphone case?

Answer
Replacement tips (mine are in ear) and replacement filters along with the little tool that is needed to replace the filters. That's about it.

Is it possible to blow out headphones using an iphone?

antman995

I just wanted to know if high quality headphones like Sony ones could blow out using an iPhone or any other mobile device

Answer
depends on the quality of the headphones anything over 20 bucks should be good and will not blow out. over time if the sound is loud they will eventually break so yes and no . over time the rubber inside the headphones becomes dry and will rip causign broken headphones so not when thety are new but later in the life of them yes.

ive been looking to buy a good pair of headphones for my iphone. any suggestions??

Answer
Altec-Lansings have great sound quality with bass boost. They make maybe four or five different ones with the inline mic, too, but the ones available at their web site are more expensive than the ones in some stores. If you live in the midwest where there are Miejer stores, they carry them in the cellular accessories department, not in iPod accessories. Or go to Altec-Lansing.com. If you don't need the mic, Sony and Logitech are your next best bets for sound quality, durability and a moderate price.

For the audiophiles out there, is there a noticeable loss in sound quality using an iphone adapter?

For the audiophiles out there, is there a noticeable loss in sound quality using your headphones/earphones when listening to music on the iphone through an adapter?

Answer
I never have noticed. I can tell the difference between a 9 and 10 megabyte song lol.
