What to buy for Headphone, Microphone and Webcam?

I need suggestions of what headphone, microphone and webcam is recommended for me.

1st, I would like to have a headphone-stereo and has many features/latest.
2nd, Microphone (something like the one people use to record your voice/singing)
3rd, Webcam (a clear graphic and if support records sound as well)
*this is all for singing purpose.

If your goal is to record yourself when singing, I recommend Kodak Zi6. It's great for HD recording and the mic is working pretty good.
If you want to focus on recording audio, you should buy a good USB mic

Did anyone else have a problem hooking up the headphones/microphone to RosettaStone?

I am trying to connect the headphones/microphone to my computer using the USB port. but my computer does not even recognize it. plus i tried to going to "sounds and audio devices" through "Control Panel" and i dont know which one the headphones is. can anyone help?

Note: when attempting, the sound initialization process in RosettaStone, the software does not recognize any sound and shuts down.

This is most likely a problem with your "jack sense" as your computer does not know which plug to dedicate to your headphones. In control panel there should be a tab for audio effects, if not go to sound and audio. You should see another tab for "jack sensibility" or something to do with which plug to assign for speaker, line in, or mic. Often this is on auto and gets it wrong, so you may have to re-scan your jacks, or just switch to maunal and assign them yourself

How do I attach a microphone to my Digital Camera?

Hi I have an Olympus digital camera, that allows me to shoot video, BUT with no sound. the only real plug-ins (ports) that are on the camera are one for a small usb to transfer images, the adapter, and one that saids video (it has yellow around it). I was wondering if there was a microphone plug in available that would plug into any of these ports and therefore allow me to have sound to go along with my video.

P.S. the camera DOESN'T have a regular headphone/microphone port only what I mentioned above. Just wanted to know if there is another way I can get a microphone attached to the camera. I wouldnt mind having to buy an additional adapter. Thanks!
no there is no sound when I upload the video, bc there is no mic on the camera to pic up any sound

I do not think you can give this camera audio in anyway unless you tamper with the wires and chips inside like some Freak tech-mod people. But then again maybe I am wrong.

I guess you need to get a new cam or perhaps record the sound with an other device and edit the sound into the video on a PC or mac. But this way would take sometime and things might not turn out the way you want....

I mistakenly deleted my headphone and microphone driver in the Sound option in the Control Panel while i was testing my new speakers...

Can someone gimme a link to it?

Just google. "drivers for MY COMPUTER TYPE" where my computer type is the make and make of your machine. Then look from there.
