Hey oh
WITHOUT buying new headphones.
I have pair that I bought purely for the sound of the music, rather than the ability to stay in my ear, which it does anyways. When I run, they ALWAYS fall out and I really enjoy listening to music while I run. What can I do to keep them in my ear without buying a new pair, because mine are perfectly fine? I've already tried wrapping it around my ears..

try wearing a baseball hat and putting the wires to the headphones through the hole on the back and then to your ears
that way when you swing your arms you won't be pulling on them as much

Other people will be able to tell you what's a good running headphone, but let me suggest something else.
Don't use headphones at all!
Assuming you are talking about outside running, you must be aware of the hazards that are common. Being alert to traffic, fellow runners, bikers, and walkers is important. Also, and especially for women, one must be alert so that you aren't an easy target for crime. I'm serious.
Running isn't the most exciting sport for most. It becomes much better, however, if you run with others. Join a running club, or enlist a friend. I think once you begin running with people, you'll see that you don't need music at all.
