I have an ipod and i hate it when my headphones fall out of my ears when i start to fun? What are the best type of headphones you recommend and what brand?

Other people will be able to tell you what's a good running headphone, but let me suggest something else.
Don't use headphones at all!
Assuming you are talking about outside running, you must be aware of the hazards that are common. Being alert to traffic, fellow runners, bikers, and walkers is important. Also, and especially for women, one must be alert so that you aren't an easy target for crime. I'm serious.
Running isn't the most exciting sport for most. It becomes much better, however, if you run with others. Join a running club, or enlist a friend. I think once you begin running with people, you'll see that you don't need music at all.

yeah! They are Ok for jogging. Like the other person said you might get hit by a car and wouldn't know it! You just like throwing your money away don't you?! damn that's shit all that rediculous money for some Headphone. I know of some cheaper headphones that have the same or better sound quality made by KOSS, JVC, SONY, SKULLCANDY they all make headphones with noise canceling, save your money and put it to better use than buying headphones with somebody's name attached to it. They ain't all that!
